Corkscrew Road runs through it. Kingston South, south of the road, is where Lennar, Neal Communities and Pulte Homes are building. North of the road is Esplanade at Kingston by Taylor Morrison, along with future Kingston development and a planned True North charter school.
Kingston is gated, it has both an HOA and a CDD, and builders are selling homes now ahead of the October 17, 2026 grand opening.

The Kingston South amenity site plan includes a resort pool, lap pool, family pool with speed and swirl slides, a waterfall cove, an indoor sports complex with 12 indoor pickleball courts, a gym and fitness center, 20 outdoor pickleball courts, 5 tennis courts, a restaurant, a café and ice cream shop, the Saloon with a stage, a playground, and a dog park.
